We store all data on a secure server network and ensure that all personal information will be kept confidential at all times, unless required to disclose it by law under the provisions of current or future Data Protection legislation.
When you register with or purchase from this website we will ask you for personal information such as your name, email address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number. We use your information to process your order, and contact you regarding your order if necessary. To fulfill your order we will pass your delivery address and telephone number to our carriers and, if required by law to other parties such as Customs and Excise. This will enable us to get your order to you successfully.
Similarly we need your credit or debit card details to process and fulfill your order. Our partner, Authorize.net, validates your payment after we receive your details. Authorize.net checks for fraudulent use and link to the banks to check for credit limits and notification of lost and stolen cards. This data is used to cross reference payments received with the order value for accounts reconciliation and also enables us to refund you if necessary.
We may send emails from time to time, using the email address entered during the registration process or amended subsequently. Emails will also be sent to confirm details of orders and may be sent as part of our order fulfilment process. In the interests of monitoring and improving our service, some customers may receive an email asking you to review your experience shopping with us.
